ATTENTION: Parents of Difficult Children:

"Who Else Wants the Tools to Totally Transform Your Child's Behavior and Get a Respectful Child and a Peaceful Home?"

"I Was in Crisis Mode"

"As a parent of an child with classic ODD I like the fact that you give immediate ideas on how to directly deal with our situation, instead of spending a lot of time talking about theory or behavior analysis. I was in crisis mode and you are the first person I've come across that gave me the answers and support I needed..."

* Jan Carroll, Lexington, KY

As parents of difficult children or teens, we face some very tough issues on almost a daily basis.

What is the difference between the parent who successfully raises her ODD or ADHD child and one who's child keeps getting worse and worse?

It is not how much she cares. It is not how hard she tries.

The successful mother has the right information.

The mother who stands by helplessly, watching her child's problems become worse and worse, lacks that information.

I want you to be able to handle any problem that you face with your child. With that in mind, I am giving you access to my most popular talks on the difficult and complex issues that we as parents of challenging children and teens face every day.

Here are the issues we discuss:

1- "Teen Sexual Behavior"
  • 37% of 14-year olds have had sex
  • 13% of all babies born are to teen mothers.
  • 20% of sexually active teenagers become pregnant.
  • 25% of sexually active teens will get a Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) within a year, including gonorrhea, genital herpes, and AIDS.
Is your son or daughter becoming sexually active? How can you tell? Do you know how to prevent it? Do you know what do you do if your child already is active? In this talk you will find out!

"A Godsend to Our Family"

"No one can know just how complicated, challenging, exhausting AND rewarding it is having a child with these issues unless you experience it yourself. The information has enabled me to have a bit more grace towards my son, and be much more compassionate.

"Thanks for the resources, you have really been a Godsend to our family."

* Karen Johnson, Austin TX

2- "Risk Taking Behavior in Children and Teens"
  • The three leading causes of death in young people are homicides, accidents, and suicide. Alcohol abuse is a common factor in all three.
  • 70% of school children have used drugs at least once
  • 2.5% use drugs on a weekly basis
Drugs, alcohol, promiscuous sex, eating disorders, suicide...

Are you ready as a parent to deal with these issues? Find out what you need to do to protect your child or teenager.

3- "Depression in Children and Teens"

Suicide, the most serious result of unrecognized and untreated depression, is the third leading cause of death in teens and the sixth leading cause of death in younger children. Violence, reckless behavior, drug abuse, alcohol abuse, and tobacco abuse go along with depression.

20% of children and teens will have a serious episode of depression before reaching adulthood. Is your child among that 20%? Would you be able to tell? Would you know what to do? In this talk we will discuss these issues.

"Getting So Much Help from Your Tips"

" I have a "lovely" ODD daughter. At 11 yrs I felt I could go on no longer with this behaviour which has been this way since birth! I am getting so much help from your tips! Much more than our doctor offered...

"So THANK YOU. It has given me hope that slowly we can build a more normal relationship based on communication not anger!!!!"

* Liz Thompson, Melbourne, Australia

4- "Bipolar Disorder in Children and Teens"

Is your child irritable, moody, hyperactive, or easily distracted? Does he do dangerous or careless things? Does he have ADHD or Oppositional Defiant Disorder? If any of these describe your child, your child may have Bipolar Disorder.

Two third of people with Bipolar disorder never get diagnosed. Only a third of those diagnosed receive adequate treatment.

How can you tell if your child is among the 1 million children who have Bipolar disorder and what do you do if he is? That is what this talk is all about.

5- "Food Additives and Your Child"

Have you ever noticed that certain foods affect your child's behavior? Did you ever try to talk to your child's pediatrician about it? Did the doctor just listen politely and ignore what you were saying?

For forty years, medical science has discounted the possibility that what your child eats has any affect on his behavior. In this talk we are going to discuss the whole truth concerning food additives and behavior in children; the evidence both for and against it.

6- "Your Defiant Child and the Holidays"

Are the holidays in your home hell? Does your child's behavior take all the pleasure out of what is supposed to be a joyous occasion?

If you're looking for ways to keep your holidays stress-free, then you want to listen to this talk.

    "Four years ago I was a single mom with six kids - four of whom were teens. The day my mother died, I was on my way to visit my 15-year-old son in jail. A few months later, his 16-year-old sister was living on the streets."

What happened? That is what this talk is all about.
